Raglan Public School's library is well resourced with the latest books and is student centred to promote a life-long love of reading.
Our librarian Mrs. Deagan works at our school three days per week Monday to Wednesday. During this time each class has a 45 minute library session and the library is also open for lunch.
Cricket Nets
The latest addition to our school. Our cricket nets were installed in August 2009 and funded through our Federal government Healthy Active Australia grant.
Our Canteen
Our canteen is open three days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our canteen is coordinated by parent and community volunteers and follows the NSW Healthy School Canteen strategies.

Our Hall
Our school hall is large enough to comfortably sit our whole school.
The hall is used for our weekly assembly, band practice, visiting performances, presentations, fundraising events and school discos.
Our Smartboards
Smartboards or electronic interactive whiteboards were introduced to our school in 2006.
We now have a Smartboard in each of our eight classrooms.
Our Basketball Court
Our basketball coaurt provides a hard surface for many of our sport and fitness activities. It is used each day by the students at recess.
The court consists of basketball markings, basketball hoops and backboards as well as a ball wall.
Our Oval
Our oval is used by our students daily for play and sporting events.
The large grassed area provides plenty of space for all our students to play games of their choice and is surrounded by eucalypts for shade.
Our Buildings
Our buildings at Raglan Public School are modern and unique in design. Our curved roof-lines were a prototype that were discontinued by the Department due to the cost involved in construction. However, they provide our school with an attractive exterior and spacious classrooms.
Our Outdoor Chessboard
Our outdoor chessboard was introduced in 2006 to enable students to enjoy the ancient game of strategy in the open air. It is very popular with the students and weekly lunch-time games with the principal often attract a crowd of spectators.
Our Courtyard
Our courtyard is the central focus for all our buildings and is peppered with mountain ash trees for shade in the summer.
The courtyard is used as our morning playground and our eating area for recess and lunch.
Our Shade
Our courtyard has shaded areas for our students to eat and enjoy a break from the sun during our summer months.
Our Play Equipment
Our play equipment is used by our students daily during lunch play.
It consists of our sand pit and structural play equipment which meets the latest Australian safety standards.
In 2008 a shade sail was erected courtesy of funds raised by the P&C.
Our Gardens
We are fortunate to have beautiful gardens throughout our school which are regularly maintained by our environmental club.
